East York formerly a borough of Toronto, is a large area made up of smaller neighbourhoods such as Pape Village, Parkview Hills, the Golden Triangle.

1 THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE
Located north of O'Connor Drive, between Donlands and Pape, this neighborhood is packed with charming 70-80 year old homes and surrounded by mature landscaping.
2 PAPE VILLAGE
A vibrant multi-cultural retail, dining and personal service district. This area is generally known as East York and boasts quiet bungalows and 2 storey structures.
3 DANFORTH EAST
The proximity to Greek Town, one of Toronto's most vibrant and cosmopolitan neighbourhoods, in addition to a great selection of 1920s to 1950s homes, make The Danforth East one of the most exciting and popular destinations for home owners.
4 WOODBINE HEIGHTS Situated between Woodbine and Coxwell, O'Connor Drive and Mortimer - this neighbourhood was developed during WWII. The homes are primarily detached bungalows.
5 PARKVIEW HILLS
The homes in Parkview Hills have some of the deepest lots in Toronto. It is a wonderfully lush and secluded part of town with wartime bungalows and 2 storey homes.
6 WOODBINE GARDENS
This is a mature, conveniently situated neighbourhood. It's a great place for raising a family as in general the homes, primarily 1950s brick, detatched dwellings have been well cared for and the area is very safe.
