Situated between Woodbine and Coxwell, O'Connor Drive and Mortimer - this neighbourhood was developed during WWII. The homes are primarily detached bungalows.

5 PARKVIEW HILLS

The homes in Parkview Hills have some of the deepest lots in Toronto. It is a wonderfully lush and secluded part of town with wartime bungalows and 2 storey homes.
